Zoey Patricia
Zoey P was a beautiful KB Sable Yorkshire Terrier. She brought so much joy into our lives and produced 2 wonderful litters of puppies. Unfortunately, our sweet girl crossed over the Rainbow bridge at just 3 years old following routine surgery. Zoey was my absolute soul-mate and I miss her every single day. There will never be another Zoe Zoe, but she will remain in my heart for the rest of my life.
Sallie Belle
Sallie B is an AKC Chocolate Parti Yorkshire Terrier. She is as healthy and happy as she can be. She is so beautiful it makes your heart leap! Both of her parents are Parti Yorkies with white, chocolate and black coloring. Sallie is all things beginning with S - silly, sassy, strong, spunky and spectacular!
Finnegan McBride
Finnegan is the stud muffin in our family. He is a Black & White AKC parti yorkie and as sweet and curious as a Yorkie can be. He is also loving and gives the best cuddles. We hope to have a beautiful litter of puppies with he and Sallie Belle sometime at the end of June, 2026.
Mia Grace
Mia is our newest and final addition to our family. She was born in January of 2026 and as of the writing of this description she is just 16 weeks old. She is a Black, White & Tan AKC Parti Yorkie and has every appearance of being absolutely beautiful, spunky and sassy! Watch here for updates on our Mia Mya!

Adoptable Puppies
Sallie Belle and Finnegan are expecting their 1st litter at the end of June 2026. They should be gorgeous Parti babies!
All puppies will come home with AKC registration paperwork, docked tails, up to date on shots and de-worming as well as at least 2 health checks from the vet.
The price range for these puppies will be around $2100 – $2400. Deposits are $300 to reserve puppies.
