Zoey Patricia
Zoey P was a beautiful KB Sable Yorkshire Terrier. She brought so much joy into our lives and produced 2 wonderful litters of puppies. Unfortunately, our sweet girl crossed over the Rainbow bridge at just 3 years old following routine surgery. Zoey was my absolute soul-mate and I miss her every single day. There will never be another Zoe Zoe, but she will remain in my heart for the rest of my life.
Sallie Belle
Sallie B is an AKC Chocolate Parti Yorkshire Terrier. She is as healthy and happy as she can be. She is so beautiful it makes your heart leap! Both of her parents are Parti Yorkies with white, chocolate and black coloring. Sallie is all things beginning with S - silly, sassy, strong, spunky and spectacular!
Finnegan McBride
Finnegan is the stud muffin in our family. He is a Black & White AKC parti yorkie and as sweet and curious as a Yorkie can be. He is also loving and gives the best cuddles. We hope to have a beautiful litter of puppies with he and Sallie Belle sometime at the end of June, 2026.
Mia Grace
Mia is our newest and final addition to our family. She was born in January of 2026 and as of the writing of this description she is just 16 weeks old. She is a Black, White & Tan AKC Parti Yorkie and has every appearance of being absolutely beautiful, spunky and sassy! Watch here for updates on our Mia Mya!

Sallie Belle and Finnegan are welcomed their 2 sweet baby boys on June 21, 2026. They are the sweetest, most Parti babies!
These fellas will come home with AKC registration paperwork, docked tails, up to date on shots and de-worming as well as at least 2 health checks from the vet.
Teddy & Timmy are priced at $2200. Deposits are $300 to reserve puppies. Puppies are sold first come first serve according to received deposits.

Additionally, Finnegan McBride who is 11 months old and 5 month old Princess Mia Grace are available for adoption. They are both black and white AKC parti Yorkies, have had all of their shots and regular vet visits. These pups are pretty close to being fully potty trained and are just beautiful, sweet and fun pups. They are only offered for adoption as I have decided to retire from my breeding program. Finn, who is a proven stud, is offered for $2500 and Mia is offered for $2200. Both are available immediately and will be sold for cash only at pick up. AKC registration paperwork will come with the pups. Finn is almost 6 lbs and has had his tail docked, while Mia, at 4.4 lbs, retains her entire gorgeous Yorkie tail from her original breeder.
